1. What are the opening times of The Sports Story?

Our retail store is open all days of the week from 10 A.M to 9 P.M.

Our Convenient Store (Online portal) is open 24x7, where people can do the purchase all day from anywhere.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash and all major credit and debit cards at our retail store. We also accept PayTM and Google Pay at our retail Stores. For online orders we accept all banks Credit and Debit Cards. We can also receive payments through bank transfers.


4. Is Cash on Delivery available?

No.


5. Do you offer volume discounts?

Please reach out to us and we can work on your requirements.


6. Can I purchase on credit or EMI?

No. We do not sell on credit. However, for EMI you can verify with your credit card provider.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within one working day. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact customer service.


8. Can I change the size or color of the item ordered

Change is possible provided the products are not packed and dispatched.


9. How long it takes for delivery of product?

For any shipments within India, it takes 2- 5 business days depending on the delivery area and the mode of shipment.

For international shipment, depending upon the country it takes 7-14 business days.


10. How can I track my shipment?

Yes, shipment can be tracked as we share the shipment details to the customer.


11. What shipping provider do you use?

We engage with various shipping providers based on their services in that location/country.


12. How much will shipping cost?

13. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. Our Shipping partners cannot leave the products at PO box.


14. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, provided the products are not shipped.


15. Do you sell quality products?

16. What is the warranty or guarantee period?

There is no warranty or guarantee for sports goods.

 

17. What is your returns policy?

Sports products cannot be returned or changed. However, if there is a mismatch between your

order and shipment, we will honor to change the product.
