The delivery charges are applied based on the destination:

If the delivery is with in INDIA:

• We charge a flat rate based on the Shipping Zones.

For delivery Outside India:

• For products delivered to countries outside India, Shipping & Handling charge will be applied based on actual bill of the delivery partner
• The duty and other charges for foreign shipments shall be borne by the customer

• Delivery is via third party courier or India post/Speed Post. In the event the order is not serviceable by our delivery partners due to any reasons or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by us, Concept Sports and The Sports Story will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product
  
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) have been shipped
• As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are not in a position to control their delivery time. Most of the courier companies will NOT be able to call , text , ring you prior or during delivery.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is at home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative delivery address, like your work address for delivery.
• If you are not home at the time of delivery and courier company have to wait for some days for delivery of product you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 5-7 days for delivery within India and for outside purely depending on the delivery partner, usually it takes between 7-14 days.
