Return and Refunds – Terms and Conditions
Sports products do not have any warranty or guarantee. The Concept Sports/ The Sports Story will not be liable for any products sold on its site. We are not responsible for any defective product and its performance. Vendor provides no warranty on most of the products. Life span of product may vary from individuals and how you maintain them.
The Concept Sports and its brand The Sports Story shall not replace sports items due to the nature of products and sports clothing for hygiene purposes unless you have received a damaged / defective product.
Our Return policy are valid for 48 hours from the time of Receipt of goods at your end.
If 48 hours have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If Original packing or original seal is broken/removed, then we will not be able to take return or exchange the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and if you send we cannot be responsible for the same
Items that can’t be returned or Exchanged:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned
Any item(s) which has been open from original packing and used cannot be returned
Knocked Bats cannot be returned
Items bought under “SALE” and Special Rates will not be returned
Apparels for reasons on Safety and Hygiene Reasons shall not be returned
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Customer can cancel the order any time before shipping initiates.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through Email or Whatspp
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To return your product, please mail the items in good packing to our Store address . Please make sure you have got our consent before doing the Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
