Return and Refunds – Terms and Conditions
Sports products do not have any warranty or guarantee. The Concept Sports will not be liable for any products sold on its site. We are not responsible for any defective product and its performance. Vendor provides no warranty on most of the products. Life span of product may vary from individuals and how you maintain them.
The Concept Sports shall not replace sports items due to the nature of products and sports clothing for hygiene purposes unless you have received a damaged / defective product
Our Return policy are valid for 48 hours from the time of Receipt of goods at your end.
If 48 hours have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If Original packing or original seal is broken/removed, then we will not be able to take return or exchange the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and if you send we cannot be responsible for the same
Items that can’t be returned or Exchanged:

Knocked Bats cannot be returned
Items bought under “SALE” and Special Rates will not be returned
Apparels for reasons on Safety and Hygiene Reasons shall not be returned
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
